Box

·                The designs on Fabscraps C87 002 and C87 008 (striped side up) lends itself to creating the spines and narrow sections of your photobox.  Use the central and widest parts to measure and cut your strips.  Sand off any overhanging edges
·                I used Fabscraps C87 001 (plain side up) for the cover and just inked the edges with sepia
·                The bold vibrancy of C87 002 (teal side up) and C87 007 (purple side up) was used on my two inner pages.  I cut these to measure, chalked the teal with Sepia and then distressed all edges before adhering with Tombow. I created ‘photo corners’ with two circles cut from C87 007.  (Cut each circle into quarters and adhere them to the corners of your photograph)
·                I adhered a long strip of ivory satin ribbon along the centre of my box and left enough to overhang so that I could tie a large bow
·                The title chippie was inked with teal and with plum and then given a coat of Glossy accents, before I adhered it on the left, on top of the ribbon
·                I used Fabscraps metal flowers and some paper roses to embellish above and below my title chippie and swiped both clusters with a little heavy white gesso
·                I finished it off with a few random spots of micro beads

Concertina Photo “Album”

·                The measurement of each ‘page’ is approximately 4 ¾ x 8 inches.  I cut pieces of Fabscraps papers from my list above to measure within half an inch per page.  My edges were inked with sepia and then distressed
·                On the pages where I used the Fabscraps stencils, I also inked with sepia using a blending tool
·                All chippies used on the concertina album were treated the same way : chalked and then coated with glossy accents
·                I cut two different sized circles with a punch from some smaller parts of paper and using my embossing tool, I created little makeshift ‘flowers’.  The centres were filled with teal microbeads
·                I used many discarded Fabscraps chippie frames to highlight my photographs (which were all printed in black and white to showcase the lovely colours of the Fabscraps range)
·                I opted to create a few pages on this concertina by layering up various strips of paper; all of which were distressed before my layering was created and adhered.  Included in some of my layering was some pennants
·                I fussy cut some of the elements from C87 003 and after chalking the edges with brown, adhered them with foam dots to create additional embellishments for my page
·                I selected the ‘Journey In Time’ sticker from ST87 002 and adhered it to some cream cardstock; then I fussy cut that out and adhered it to my page using foam dots
·                The Fabscraps  wooden buttons (BE1 003) were adhered on top of some flat paper flowers and brushed with some heavy white gesso

·                On all pages, layering and elements, I doodled a black border to create a little definition
