Canvas Base

·                Adhere C86 001 Floral bulbs (striped side facing) to your canvas base using multi matte medium.  Allow to dry completely before sanding off the edges (save these offcuts for later)
·                Use DS052 Stencil to apply gold crackle paste to three portions of your canvas (top right, bottom right and left centred)
·                Once completely dry, use the same stencil to apply a few leaves in brown chalk ink
·                Stamp smaller flowers and phrases using olive and straw
·                Chalk the edges of your canvas using olive

Chippies

·                Coat your larger C86 014 filligree round chippie with at least 3 coats of white craft paint.  Once dry, use your watercolour pencils to colour the various aspects of this chippie.  Coat with glossy accents once it has dried completely
·                Adhere bird die cuts from your M86 001A carders pack to both of your DC86 008 chippie birds and then coat both with glossy accents.  Set aside to dry
·                Coat your DC85 004 Forever Blessed chippie with white craft paint.  Once dry, apply random dabs of embossing medium and sprinkle with copper embossing powder; heat emboss.  Brush randomly with teal chalk ink to create a rusted look; coat with glossy accents and set aside to dry

Layering

·                Cut a 8 ¾ inch circle from C86 002.  Chalk the edges with olive and distress
·                Cut a 8 ¾ inch circle from some burgundy cardstock and adhere it to the back of your circle above, to the top right of the circle so that a smaller portion sticks out
·                Cut a few strips from a floral page of your carders pack; chalk with brown and distress.
·                Arrange your strips and your cut circle pieces onto your canvas base and adhere with tombow
·                Adhere your photograph to the back of your dried filigree chippie
·                Adhere your photograph (using foam tape) to the lower portion of 8 ¾ inch circle set on your canvas base

Finishing Touches

·                Fussy cut flowers, leaves and dragon flies from C86 001 leftover pieces, C86 003 leftover pieces and from one piece of floral paper from your carders pack
·                Apply embossing dabber to just the flowers on these pieces, sprinkle with clear embossing powder and heat emboss
·                Arrange all your fussy cut pieces around the left and right of your filigree chippie frame – be sure to tuck some underneath the chippie.  Adhere two dragon flies onto the chippie itself
·                Adhere one bird on the left hand side of your filigree chippie and the other to the top left portion of the 8 ¾ inch circle set
·                Finish off by adding a few randomly placed glass bead clusters

·                Use a strip of ribbon around the outermost edge of your canvas and adhere with a glue gun
