Sweet Baby Card – by Jeanine de Bruyn

 Baby Collection C89

Requirements – 1 sheet of Sweet Girl C89 001
Leftover pieces from Playtime C89 002 and ABC blocks C89003
Die cuts from the Carders Pack MC 89 001A
                              Chipboard rabbits DC89 011
                              White and Pink Cardstock
Small doiley, flowers, ribbon, buttons and string

Directions

Cut the white cardstock to measure 21x15cm and fold in half to make the base of the card. Cut a piece from the pink cardstock measuring 10x14.5cm and glue it to the front of the card. Cut a piece from the Sweet Girl paper measuring 9.5x14cm and glue it to the pink cardstock remembering to chalk all the edges.

From the Playtime piece cut a heart border strip and from the back of the ABC blocks paper cut a piece measuring 3x10cm, chalk the edges.

Glue the 3x10cm piece to the bottom of the card about 2cm from the bottom of the card. From the Carders pack use one of the Sweet baby girl tags and glue it to the right of your card about 2cm from the top of the card and at a slight angle. Glue the small doiley to the bottom of the card (covering the bottom of the sweet girl tag) and from the sweet girl paper cut a circle to fit in the middle of the doiley. Chalk and distress the circle before you glue it to the doiley. Glue the heart border strip over the doiley. From the carders pack use one of the rabbits and glue it to the corresponding chipboard piece, chalk the edges and add some ribbon to the loop on the die cut. Glue it to bottom right of the doiley. Glue a flower above the rabbit and to complete the layout add a button and some string to the corner of the Sweet baby girl tag.

Happy crafting everyone!
